Afrigen Biologics exhibited at the Darling Wild Flower Show (20-22 September, Darling) and !Khwattu Heritage Festival (23-24 September 2019, near Yzerfontein) on !Khwattu ’s invitation. The focus of Afrigen Biologics’s exhibition was to educate the general public on how compounds in medicinal plants, through San knowledge, can be isolated, identified and formulated in stable emulsions and liposomes to be used as potential complementary and alternative medicines. This was an opportunity to showcase Afrigen Biologics’ capabilities and for the team to scientifically interact with the general public, old and young.
